Who’s Your Banking Partner? Check Your Loan Documents to Confirm

Depending on when financing was secured, the banking partner through Sungage could be either Hatch Bank or NBT Bank. Borrowers can log into the Sungage Homeowner portal and check their loan documents. 

Hatch Bank with Launch Servicing: Hatch Bank, a California Chartered Industrial Bank, is a technology-first bank partner with specialized experience in the solar industry. Hatch is Sungage’s issuing bank partner for most solar financing after February 2025. Launch Servicing LLC is the servicer for Sungage loans which are issued by Hatch Bank. In this capacity, Launch handles such servicing functions as processing payments, loan reamortization, subordinations, loan terminations, collections and records maintenance. Their technology-driven solutions are designed to streamline the process.‍

‍NBT Bank: NBT Bank, an independent, community bank based in Norwich, NY issued most of Sungage loans prior to February 2025. Tracing its roots back to 1856, NBT now serves 500,000+ customers across the country and operates as the lender and servicer for the Sungage Loan in close coordination with Sungage Financial.
