What Is Recheck?

Recheck is the verification platform and registry for residential salespeople and installers that brings transparency and accountability to the sales process and gives homeowners confidence when choosing an installer. As a Founding Partner, Sungage is committed to growing participation in the program with its installer partners in coordination with other major solar financiers and industry organizations like SEIA. 

At the core of the program is the Recheck ID. This unique identification number allows contractors, financiers, and technology platforms to confirm the identity of the sales representatives they’re working with and verify their certification, licensing, and training credentials.

Once a solar rep gets their Recheck ID, homeowners can use it to verify them within the Recheck database. This process helps create trust and confidence for a homeowner looking to go solar, and it helps provide the best customer experience possible.
